Case Study I

HR Benefits Outsourcing
A US high technology company with about 200 employees has outsourced the administration of their employee benefits to Skillsforce.

To best meet the needs of the employees, Skillsforce’s HR practitioner is stationed twice a week at the company while working off-site for the other three days. Such an arrangement allows the employees to have their queries answered in a personalised, face-to-face manner. In addition, Skillsforce not only ensures smooth operational flow but also provides backup in the absence of the HR practitioner.

HR Project
A US multinational company with about 50 staff approached Skillsforce to help manage a crisis they faced – their only HR personnel had resigned, giving only 24 hours notice. Such situation is a nightmare to many companies but Skillsforce was able to spring into immediate action and took control of the situation.

Skillsforce worked with the company to assess what their urgent needs were and established that the priority was to quickly find someone who could handle strategic and operational HR responsibilities. Working within the client’s budget, Skillsforce sent two HR practitioners to the company, one at managerial level and the other an administrator, to identify the immediate HR concerns and provide effective solutions.
