                                        Start-upsA Canadian high technology start-up outsourced 
                                        the full spectrum of their HR function 
                                        to Skillsforce. It is a small setup with 
                                        less than 10 employees.
 During the initial phase, 
                                        Skillsforce worked closely with the Managing 
                                        Director and Corporate Office to recruit 
                                        the staff and draw up the HR policies 
                                        and procedures. The team also helped to 
                                        benchmark salaries and develop a salary
